Hurriyat leaders, Muhammad Iqbal Mir, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Tahoor Sidiqi and Manzoor Ahmad, today, visited Bijbihara, Islamabad, and expressed solidarity with the bereaved family of Muhammad Abdullah Ganie who was killed by Indian forces without any reason.
According to media sources, the Hurriyat leaders on the occasion said that India had provided lenience to cruel forces to kill Kashmiri people in the shape of black law, Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA). They said killing has become a routine for forces and they feel proud for killing innocent people
They said: “On one side India is claiming zero tolerance but on the other human rights violations in the territory are being committed by forces and other agencies of India that goes unnoticed every day.”
Meanwhile, a delegation comprising Muhammad Iqbal Mir, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, Jamshed Aadil, Tahoor Sidiqi and Manzoor Ahmad visited Lal Bazaar in Srinagar where they attended the prayers session Chaharam of late Tariq Ahmad Buch.
They expressed sympathy and solidarity with the bereaved family and prayed Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and give courage to the aggrieved family to bear the irreparable loss.
